This coffee comes from over 500 smallholders from the Gedeo and Guji regions, who deliver their cherries to the Sasaba washing station. Owners of the washing stations choose the producers carefully. They also support them with training and help on how to grow and process their coffee. Once they prove their ability to produce consistently cherries of a good quality, Sasaba pays them a higher price for their coffee they would rarely find anywhere else.
This coffee is very clean and juicy. You will get beautiful yellow stone fruit flavours and silky tea-like notes.
